The back might have very few barely visible hairline scratches from light handeling.

The iPod still has at least 9 month of APPLE warranty and sometimes even more.

The iPod is also eligible for purchase of Apple care plan.

The iPod does not come in the original box. It is repackaged safely in a white Box.

There is no manual included but you can always download the manual from APPLE web site.

Latest OS also could be download from your iTunes account.
