70`s Vintage Sound Design Combination Stereo. Repair.

Good case for parts or rehab as it doesn`t all work correctly.

The power button seems to be stuck in the on position.

The turntable doesn`t turn. The spindle tries to move as it should when the turntable is turned by hand but thats all. I could not test the stylus.

The 8 track player does work but very crackly. It sounds like the heads need to be cleaned. But it does Play. I was unable to test it`s record function.

The tuner seems ok. I did have trouble with the volume control. I had to fidget with it most of the time to get any sound out of it but when I did it sounded good.

Seems to be missing it`s AM antennae.

But onthe bright side.

The lights all work , meters move at the higher volume range.

Comes with an extra box of wires and 2 microphones.

Soundesign. 70`s vintage. Made in Japan. Model number 5757.

4 speaker jacks.

2 Aux jacks , left and right.

1 large jack in back for a Mic. or Guitar.

1 large jack in front for headphones.

Top of dust cover dusty and it does have some scratches. The rest of it is pretty clean. Except for the only semi working power button which shows some signs of corrosion.

Good case for parts or rehab.

Does not work completely or correctly. Sold for parts value.
